Payment: The Client will be direct debited $1,750 + gst on The Client's nominated account today to finalise the website build. Payment will secure The Clients place website to go live on the internet.
The payment will show up as MIND BODY MASTERS PTY LTD on your accounts, this is the parent company of New Patient Engine.
Ownership: The Client will be provided ownership once the website is live.
In time, if the Client decides to re-do their website, the design should not be copied by other businesses.
New Patient Engine Responsibility: New Patient Engine will provide The Client with a website built on SquareSpace based on the above parameters, and conversations with The Client. The build will be completed as soon as possible, provided we have all the information we need from The Client.
The Clients Responsibility: The Client is responsible for maintaining their domain name account (i.e GoDaddy) and SquareSpace account including payment of said accounts. SquareSpace hosting is approx. $20 p/m and can be purchased monthly or annually and needs to be purchased as the website goes live.
Legals: New Patient Engine will provide a generic privacy policy for the website, however, The Client should consult with their legal team should they require further information on this page.
New Patient Engine will provide written copy for your website, which will adhere to AHPRA regulations to the best of our ability, however, it is The Clients responsibility for completing a final look over of the website content to ensure it complies with AHPRA and The Board or your National Standards in your home country.
New Patient Engine has the right to display the website has been built by New Patient Engine in the footer of your website.
